Having it the Parsi way!
When I'm need of a quick getaway, Bangalore is always first on my list. On my usual quest for good food in Indira Nagar, I came across Red Fork. This has to be one of the best places to begin your day with. The chalkboard themed cafe with pastel walls is sure to make anyone feel right at home. It's the little attention to detail to decor and service that really made me smile till the very end of my visit.
If anybody knows how to make their eggs right, it's the Parsis! I ordered the original Parsi styled eggs and man was it a surprise! It was accompanied with warm and buttery toast and was topped with crunchy potatoes. Soft and fluffy, just the way eggs are supposed to be with that burst of flavour in your mouth. Right choice :D
Since we're indulging, we jumped all in. For dessert, I was tempted to have the chef recommended Dark chocolate and honey comb dessert (Homemade honey comb?Whaat?) but feeling a little too guilty, I decided to order the waffles fully loaded. They're not exaggerating when they say fully loaded. Crisp waffle, topped with fresh fruits, chocolate, marshmallows and homemade vanilla bean ice cream made for some of the best waffles I've ever had!
If you are in Bangalore, and want some new place to try out which is not just exciting to look at but also exciting to your taste palette then this is where you should head.
